Fee adjustments—A record of fee adjustments made. You can limit the results by location and date range.
Merge Customer Errors—A record of errors that occurred when customers were merged.
Productivity By Transaction—A record of transactions by name, the count of each type of transaction, and a comparison of the location's totals with the state's totals. For example, if a county had 500 transactions for a specified month, and the state had 5,000 transactions for the same month, the county would have 10% of the state's transactions for that month.
Productivity By User—A record of all user names and transactions for a location, the total amount of user names and transactions for a location (shown at the bottom of the report), and a comparison of the location's totals with the state's totals.
Productivity By User/Transaction—The record that combines the Productivity By Transaction report and the Productivity By User report.
Transaction history—A record of transaction history. You can limit the results by the transaction type, location, user name, and date range.
Transaction summary—A summary of transactions in a location during a specific time period.
