A MOVRS customer is an individual or organization that owns, leases, operates, or holds a security interest in a vehicle in Kansas. For customer transactions to be processed, the customer information first must be entered into the system. Once customer records are saved, they can be viewed and updated or organized into groups and lists. Correspondence with a customer also can be created and tracked.

There are two types of customer: individual and organization.
