Appending a Note

You can append any note, whether or not you created it. Appended notes appear nested under the note to which they are appended.

To append a note
  1. From the window for the record for which you want to append a note, click the Note icon. Note

    The Notes Management window appears.

  2. In the list of notes, select the note you want to append.
  3. Click the Append Note link.

    The Append Note window appears.

  4. Type the text you want to append to the note.
  5. Click Save.

    The window closes and the appended note appears nested under the original note on the Notes Management window.
