Showing and Hiding Note History

Note history shows a record of the note and changes made to it. You can show history if it is hidden and you can hide history if it is showing.

To show note history

1. From the window for the record for which you want to view notes, click the Note icon.

   The Notes Management window appears.

2. Click the Show History link.

   The history details of each note appear in the list.

   

To hide note history

1. From the window for the record for which you want to view notes, click the note icon.

   The Notes Management window appears.

2. Click the Hide History link.

   The history details of each note are hidden.
