You can dispose of a disabled placard when a placard is lost or stolen, when the customer no longer requires one, when it is transferred to another state, and so on.
Search for a customer record by doing one of the following:
Select Customer Number from the Placard ID Type drop-down and enter the customer number in the Placard ID # field. Click Search and the results will populate the Customer Information fields.
Click the Customer Search link to search for a customer record. The results of your search will automatically populate the Customer Information fields.
The related data appears in the Placard Information area.
Specify a disposition in the drop-down list.
