Reprinting a Disabled ID

Disabled IDs are associated with specific placards and are generated automatically when the placard is issued. To issue a disabled ID, see Issuing a Disabled Placard. You can also reprint an existing Disabled ID.

To reprint a disabled ID
  1. On the Plate menu, select Disabled Placard.

    The Disabled Placard window appears.

  2. Search for a customer record by doing one of the following:
  3. In the Placard Information grid area, select the placard associated with the ID you want to reprint.
  4. In the Placard Information grid area, click Ellipsis button small in the Reprint column.

    Note: You may have to scroll right to display the Reprint column.
