Disabled IDs are associated with specific placards and are generated automatically when the placard is issued. To issue a disabled ID, see Issuing a Disabled Placard. You can also reprint an existing Disabled ID.
Search for a customer record by doing one of the following:
Select Customer Number from the Placard ID Type drop-down and enter the customer number in the Placard ID # field. Click Search and the results will populate the Customer Information fields.
Click the Customer Search link to search for a customer record. The results of your search will automatically populate the Customer Information fields.
In the Placard Information grid area, select the placard associated with the ID you want to reprint.
In the Placard Information grid area, click in the Reprint column.
Note: You may have to scroll right to display the Reprint column.
