Extending a Special Plate Expiration

You cannot extend the expiration for a customer to pick up a special plate that was ordered. After the expiration, as long as the personalized text is not requested by another customer and the plate is kept in inventory, the customer can pick up the plate. If the text is requested by another customer after the expiration, the personalized text is released and the existing special plate is marked as destroyed in inventory.
