Removed

The customer has the physical plates and has not returned them to the county. The plates can be assigned to another vehicle.

Returned

The customer has returned the plates to the county. The plates are assumed to be destroyed.

Lost

The plates have been lost.

Damaged

The plates have been damaged and are assumed to have been returned to the county.

Stolen

The plates have been stolen.

Exchanged

The plates have been turned into the county in exchange for different plates, such as personalized plates.
