Plate Insertion

You can insert a plate that for whatever reason is not in the database but is eligible to be assigned to a vehicle. For example, if the plate was removed from a vehicle one month prior to the conversion of data for MOVRS, the plate might not be in the MOVRS database but the customer can still assign the plate to a different vehicle.
