Adding a Customer Managed Plate

You can add a customer managed plate to a customer. Customer managed plates do not come from inventory.

To add a customer managed plate
  1. On the Plate menu, select Customer Managed Plate.

    The Search Customer Managed Plate window appears.

  2. Enter search parameters to search for the plate you want to add.

    This step ensures that the plate does not already exist before you add it.

  3. Click Search.

    The Customer Managed Plate window appears, listing the plates that meet the parameters you entered.

  4. Click Add.

    The Add Customer Managed Plate window appears.

  5. Add the plate information.
  6. Click Save.
  7. On the Customer Managed Plate window, click Save.
