Search by Plate #

If you do not enter a customer, enter the plate.

Plate #—Enter the full or partial plate number you want to find.

Search by Customer #

If you do not enter a plate, enter the customer.

• Customer #—Enter the full or partial customer identification number. The customer number populates automatically if you select the customer using the search feature.
• Customer Search—Click to launch the Search window to search for the correct customer.
• Legal Name—If you select the customer using the search feature, displays the customer's legal name.
• Residency Address—If you select the customer using the search feature, displays the customer's residency address.
• SSN—If you select the customer using the search feature, displays the customer's Social Security Number.
• Customer Type—If you select the customer using the search feature, displays the customer's type.

Disposition Option

• All—Select if you want to find all customer managed plates, both active and disposed.
• Active Only—Select if you want to find only active customer managed plates.
• Disposed Only—Select if you want to find only disposed customer managed plates.

Sample Option

• All—Select if you want to find all customer managed plates, both sample and non-sample.
• Exclude Sample—Select if you want to find all customer managed plates except sample plates.
• Sample Only—Select if you want to find only sample plates.

Disposition

Active if you select to find only disposed plates under Disposition Option. Options include Transfer, Removed, Returned, and so on. Select the specific disposition you want to find.

Plate Type

Select the specific type of plate you want to find.

Plates were disposed within this date range

• Start Date—Enter the first date in the range between which plates you want to find were disposed.
• End Date—Enter the last date in the range between which plates you want to find were disposed.

Plates were created within this date range

• Start Date—Enter the first date in the range between which plates you want to find were created.
• End Date—Enter the last date in the range between which plates you want to find were created.

Search

Click to find customer managed plates that meet the parameters you entered and display the results on the Customer Managed Plate window.
