Use the Reconcile Title window to make sure that the actual title stock inventory matches the title stock in the inventory records.

Common Area

Use the common area at the top of the window to enter parameters to find the title stock inventory you want to reconcile.

Reconcile Title window, common area element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Location	Select the location in which you want to find title stock.
Physical Inv Location	Select the physical inventory location in which you want to find title stock.
Vendor Label #	Optionally, enter the vendor label number for the title stock you want to find.
Continue	Click to find title stock inventory based on the parameters you entered.
Reset	Click to reset the search parameters.
Find Title Control #	Click to open the Title Search window and find the location, status, and vendor label number of a specific title using the control number.
Cancel	Click to close the window.

Title Stock Tab

Use this tab to view the title stock that falls within the search parameters you entered. This tab appears only if you search for inventory in the store room and not in a title stock printer. To view the details of a title stock inventory set, double-click the title stock inventory set line, or select the title stock inventory set and click the Adjust and Reconcile tab.

Window element	Usage
Title Sets	After you search, displays the following for each title stock set that falls within the parameters you entered. Set ID—Displays the identification number of the corresponding title set. Lot ID—Displays the lot identification number of the corresponding title lot. Vendor Label #—Displays the vendor label number of the corresponding title set. Location—Displays the location of the corresponding title set. Beg #—Displays the original first title control number in the corresponding title set. End #—Displays the original last title control number in the corresponding title set. Quantity—Displays the total number of title stock in the corresponding title set. Received Date—Displays the date on which the corresponding title set was received into inventory.

Title Sets

After you search, displays the following for each title stock set that falls within the parameters you entered.

Set ID—Displays the identification number of the corresponding title set.
Lot ID—Displays the lot identification number of the corresponding title lot.
Vendor Label #—Displays the vendor label number of the corresponding title set.
Location—Displays the location of the corresponding title set.
Beg #—Displays the original first title control number in the corresponding title set.
End #—Displays the original last title control number in the corresponding title set.
Quantity—Displays the total number of title stock in the corresponding title set.
Received Date—Displays the date on which the corresponding title set was received into inventory.

Adjust and Reconcile Tab

Use this tab to adjust and reconcile a title stock inventory set.

Window element	Usage
Lot ID	Displays the lot identification number of the active title set.
Location	Displays the location of the active title set.
Vendor Label #	Displays the vendor label number of the active title set.
Next Expected Title Control #	Displays the next expected title control number in the active title set.
Stock Inventory and Adjustments	Inv ID—Displays the identification number of the inventory. Set ID—Displays the identification number of the title set. Issued—Displays the total number of titles that have been issued from this lot. Adjusted—Displays the total number of titles that have been adjusted in this lot. Remaining—Displays the total number of titles remaining in this lot. Beg #—Displays the original first title control number in the corresponding title set. End #—Displays the original last title control number in the corresponding title set. In Printer—Displays whether the inventory you selected to adjust is currently in a printer. Date Issued—Displays the date on which the corresponding title set was received into inventory. Reconciled—Select if the inventory in the system matches the physical inventory. Reconcile only after all of the title stock in the set has been used. The following information appears if the inventory lot has adjustments. Stock Inv ID—Displays the identification number of the inventory stock. # of Units—Displays the total number of titles that were adjusted. Beg #—Displays the original first title control number in the range of titles that was adjusted. End #—Displays the original last title control number in the range of titles that was adjusted. Created Date—Displays the date on which the titles were adjusted. Used Status Type—Displays the status of the titles that were adjusted.
Add Adjustment	Click to open the Add Adjustment window and adjust the selected title stock range.
Move/Split	Click to open the Move/Split window and move the full or partial title stock inventory set to a different location.
Expected # Of Issued	Displays the total number of titles expected to have been issued from the title stock range.
Revert	Click to revert all changes you have made on the window. Once you save, you cannot revert.
Save	Click to save the all changes on the window.
