Criteria

• Transaction Type—Select the type of title transaction, such as Corrected Title, or Add/Release SI.
• Transaction Start Date—Enter a date that begins a range of dates for title transactions. The date format is mm/dd/yyyy. You can also use the calendar tool to select a date.
• Transaction End Date—Enter a date that ends a range of dates for title transactions. The date format is mm/dd/yyyy. You can also use the calendar tool to select a date.
• VIN—Enter the vehicle identification number. The number must be a complete VIN (a partial number does not work).
• Transaction Location—Use the drop-down list to select the location at which the transaction took place.
• Documents Received—Use the drop-down list to select the category of documents that were received at the time of the transaction.
• Search—Click to find results that are based on the search criteria you specified.

Title Number

Displays the title number automatically assigned by the system to the pending title.

VIN

Displays the vehicle identification number.

Vehicle Certified

Indicates whether the vehicle has been validated through VIN Decoding software, other third party software, or by a person with the appropriate approval level.

Owner Name

The name of the owner of the vehicle.

Transaction Date

The date the title transaction took place.

Transaction ID

The system-assigned identification number of the transaction.

Priority Processing

A check mark indicates this customer is flagged for priority processing.

Documents Received

Indicates whether the appropriate ownership documents were scanned and attached to the transaction.
