Generate Credentials Window

Purpose

Use the Generate Credentials window to generate credentials created from a transaction.

Navigation

The Generate Credentials window appears after you finalize a transaction that requires documentation or in which a license plate was assigned.

Detailed Description

Generate Credentials window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Transaction Detail	Transaction—Displays the type of the transaction. Transaction Info—Displays the specific vehicle or other transaction information. Location—Displays the location in which the transaction was processed.
Credential	Credential—Displays the unique number for the corresponding credential. Credential Type—Displays the kind of credential.
Name	Displays the name of each customer correspondence generated in the transaction.
Description	Displays a description of the corresponding correspondence.
Comment	Displays related comments for the corresponding correspondence.
Generate	Click to print the required documentation and formally assign the credentials to the customer. Note: Transactions that normally print titles will not print a title if an active security interest has been associated with the vehicle in question.
Cancel	Click to close the window without generating credentials.
