Change Delivery Address Window

Purpose

Use the Change Delivery Address window to change the delivery address of an inventory order when required.

Navigation

To open the Change Delivery Address window:

On the Inventory menu, select Manage Orders.
The Manage Orders window appears with the Orders tab selected by default.
Next to the delivery address, click the Ellipsis button.

–OR–

On the Inventory menu, select Receive Orders.
The Receive Orders window appears.
Under Vendor, click a paper vendor.
Under Inv Location Group, click an inventory location group.
(Optional) Select Standard or Special.
Click Continue.
Results appear on the Order Items tab.
Click the order item number for the order you want to change.
Click the Order Item Detail tab.
Click Change next to the delivery address.

Detailed Description

Change Delivery Address window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Inventory Location	Change the location where the inventory should be received. The available locations depend on the delivery address description that you select.
Delivery Address Description	Change the delivery address profile name where the inventory should be received.
Delivery Name	Modify the name of the office or person who will receive the delivery.
Address Line 1	Modify the first line of the delivery address.
Address Line 2	Modify the second line of the delivery address.
City	Modify the city of the delivery address.
State	Modify the state of the delivery address.
Zip Code	Modify the zip code of the delivery address.
OK	Click to save the delivery address and close the window.
Cancel	Click to close the window without saving.
