Purpose

Use the Plate Search window to search for a vehicle to transfer tax or registration credits to a new vehicle registration.

Navigation

To open the Plate Search window:

On the Title and Registration window, on the Credits tab, click Add.

Detailed Description

Plate Search window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Plate#	Enter the plate number for your search.
Plate Type	Click the plate type for your search.
Reset	Click to clear your search parameters.
Search	Click to look for records based on your search parameters.
Cancel	Click to close the window without saving.
