Move/Split Window

Purpose

Use the Move/Split window to move a full or partial title series to a different location.

Navigation

To open the Move/Split window:

On the Inventory menu, select Reconcile Title.
The Reconcile Title window appears.
Enter search parameters to find the order you want to move or split.
Click Continue.
Select the order you want.
Click Move/Split.

Detailed Description

Move/Split window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Location	Displays the location in which the title stock series currently exists.
Beg #	Displays the original first number in the control number series.
End #	Displays the original last number in the control number series.
Issued	Displays the number of titles already issued from the series.
Adjusted	Displays the number of titles adjusted in the series.
Remaining	Displays the total number of titles remaining to be issued in the series.
Enter Control Numbers and Move	Beg—Enter the first number in the series of title stock you want to move. End—Enter the last number in the series of the title stock you want to move. If you enter the beginning number and the quantity, the end number is automatically calculated. Quantity—Enter the number of title stock you want to move. If you enter the beginning number and the end number, the quantity is automatically calculated. Move To—Click the location to which you want to move the title stock. Move—Click to move the title stock based on the information you entered and close the window. Cancel—Click to close the window without moving the title stock.
