When you enter the name of the insurance company the system will populate the NAIC code that has been assigned to this insurance company by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

Insurance Company

Select the name of the customer's insurance company.

Add

Click to add an insurer that is not on the pre-populated list.

Cancel

Click to close the window without saving.
