Select Permit Window

Purpose

Use the Select Permit window to change the status or information on a permit. You can change the status to replaced or canceled.

Navigation

To open the Select Registration window:

On the VRT menu, select Permit Transactions > Manage Permit.
The Manage Permit Prequalifier window appears.
Enter an identification number for the vehicle or customer.
Click Continue.
Choose the permit you wish to change from the list on this window.

Detailed Description

Select Permit window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Permit Number	Displays the assigned number for the corresponding permit.
Permit Type	Displays the permit type for the corresponding permit.
Permit Duration	Displays the time allowed for the use of the permit in number of days.
Issue Date	Displays the date the permit was issued.
Expiration Date	Displays the date the permit will expire.
VIN	Displays the vehicle identification number for the vehicle on the corresponding permit.
Legal Name	Displays the name of the customer associated to the corresponding permit.
Continue	Click to process the selected permit and proceed to the Manage Permit window.
Cancel	Click to close the window without selecting an active permit.
