Use the Message Detail window to view the details of a message or tag request and follow up as necessary.
To open the Message Detail window:
The Work Management Control Panel window appears.
Messages in that queue appear in the pane to the right.
The contents of the Message Detail window vary depending on whether you open a notification, follow-up, or personal message, or a discretionary edit tag request.

Displays the text of the message. |
Edit |
Click to edit the priority, due date, end date, or status. |
Save |
After you make changes, click to save the changes. |
Cancel |
After you make changes, click to cancel the changes. |
