Finalize Transactions Window

Purpose

Use the Finalize Transactions window to save the final details of a transaction.

Navigation

The Finalize Transaction window appears when you complete a transaction that requires generating documents, such as a vehicle title and registration. You can also open this window from the 3M MVS Console menu bar.

Window element

Usage

Status

Displays the status of transactions showing. Transactions appear under Paid only when there was some type of error between payment and finalization.

Statements
  • Statement—Displays the name of the customer on the statement.
  • Items—Displays the total number of transaction items on the statement.
  • Total Amount—Displays the total amount of the fees charged on the statement.
  • Statement Date—Displays the date of the statement.
  • Transaction—Displays a list of the specific transaction that are ready to be finalized. Select each transaction that you want to finalize.
  • Action—Click Finalize to complete the corresponding transaction.
  • View—Click View to open the transaction window and view details of the corresponding transaction. You cannot modify the transaction.

Check All

Click to select all transactions in the list.

Clear All

Click to clear all selected transactions.

Finalize Selected

Click to finalize all selected transactions and generate credentials automatically.

Close

Click to close the window.
