Search

• SI Holder—To open the Search window and identify the security interest holder you want to find, click the Ellipsis button (...). Click Clear to remove the security interest holder from the search parameters.
• Customer—To open the Search window and identify the customer you want to find, click the Ellipsis button (...). Click Clear to remove the customer from the search parameters.
• VIN—Enter the complete or partial VIN of the vehicle you want to find.
• Application Status—Select the status of the security interest applications you want to find, such as Applied or Cancelled.
• County—Select the county of the security interest applications you want to find.
• Applied to Title Number—Enter the full or partial title number related to the security interest application you want to find.
• Recorded From Date—Select the first date in the range between which the security interest applications you want to find were received.
• Recorded To Date—Select the last date in the range between which the security interest applications you want to find were received.
• SI Tracking Number—Enter the security interest tracking number.
• Search—Click to find security interest applications based on the parameters you entered.

Vehicle

After you search, displays the VIN, year, and make of each vehicle that has a security interest application that falls within the parameters you entered.

SI Holder

Displays the name of the security interest holder on the application.

Customer

Displays the name of the customer on the application.

Recorded Date

Displays the date the application was received.

County

Displays the county in which the application was processed.

Status

Displays the status of the application. You can update the status until the application is applied or cancelled.

Disposition Date

Displays the date on which the current status disposition was applied or cancelled.

Title Number

Displays the title number to which the security interest was applied. You can enter the title number until the status is applied or cancelled.

SI Tracking Number

Displays the security interest tracking number.

Save

Active only if changes have been made to a record in the window. Click to save changes and close the window.

Cancel

Click to close the window without saving.
