Search Title

• Vehicle ID #—If you know the vehicle you want, enter the full or partial vehicle identification number. You can enter any identification number listed for the vehicle. For example, VIN, title number, plate number, and so on. You can enter a short VIN beginning with a slash (/).
• Vehicle ID Type—Select the ID type that corresponds to the number entered in the Vehicle ID# field.
• Vehicle Search—Click to open the Search window to perform a vehicle search.
• Customer ID #—If you know the customer you want, enter the full or partial customer identification number. You can enter any identification number listed for the customer. For example, DL number or SSN.
• Customer ID Type—Select the ID type that corresponds to the number entered in the Customer ID# field.
• Customer Search—Click to open the Search window to perform a customer search. Then, on the results tab, select the title you want to print.
• Select Ownership—Select the owner and vehicle combination you want.
• Search—Click to search for titles matching the search criteria you entered.

Pending Titles

• Title Number—Displays the number of the title.
• Document Class—Select the class of the document. Document class dictates the type of paper stock upon which the document is printed. For example, title stock for regular and salvage titles or plain stock for junking certificates.
• Title Issue Date—Displays the date the title was approved.
• Priority Printing—Displays whether the corresponding title should be printed using the priority title printer. Selecting this renders the Number of Days Remaining value inapplicable.

  Note: The system automatically routes a title into priority printing in the following circumstances: 1) if the Priority check box or the Priority Mailing Fee check box has been selected in a MOVRS transaction; 2) if the Ownership Transfer Reason is Repossession; or 3) if the Registration Usage value is Dealer Inventory.

• VIN—Displays the vehicle identification number of the vehicle on the title.
• Number of Days Remaining—Displays the number of days that are remaining in the required 35-day post-purchase waiting period before titles without security interests are printed.

Print

Click to print the title you selected in the Pending Titles area.
