Status History Window

Purpose

Use the Status History window to view the history of an inventory order, including its progression through each status.

Navigation

To open the Status History window from the Manage Orders window:

On the Inventory menu, select Manage Orders.
The Manage Orders window appears.
Enter search parameters.
Click Continue.
In the list of orders that appear, click the order number of the order whose history you want to view.

To open the Status History window from the Receive Order window:

On the Inventory menu, select Receive Orders.
The Receive Orders window appears.
Enter search parameters.
Click Continue.
In the list of orders that appear, select the order whose history you want to view.
On the Order Item Detail tab, click the Status History link.

Detailed Description

Status History window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Status	Displays each status that the order has had, such as Final Approval, Pending, Approved to Order, and so on.
Created By	Displays the username of the user who progressed the order into the corresponding status.
Created Date	Displays the date on which the order progressed into the corresponding status.
OK	Click to close the window.
