Use the Inventory Reports window to select from a variety of inventory reports which provide information on the status of orders, the location of inventory and the amount of inventory used per location. Each type of report has a corresponding report parameter window that appears when you click the corresponding report link.
To open the Inventory Reports window:

Use the Inventory Transfer report to list all inventory that moved from one location in the state to another location in the state. You can print this report to have a shipping receipt for the items shipped.

Select the location within the state that sent the inventory. |
To Location Group |
Select the location within the state that received the inventory. |
Inventory Class |
Select the grouping of inventory you wish to report on such as: plate, placard, or decal. If you want all classes leave the entry blank. |
Inventory Type |
Select a type of inventory within a class grouping. Example: Under placards you could choose temporary or permanent. If you want all types leave the entry blank. |
Start Date |
Enter the start date you want to use for the inventory transfer search. |
End Date |
Enter the end date you want to use for the inventory transfer search. |
Search |
Click to begin the search. |
Reset |
Click to empty all fields and start over. |
Use the Orders Inquiry report to list the orders processed for a specific location within the state.

If you want a report to show only a specific order, enter the system assigned number for that order. |
Plate # |
If you want a report to show only a specific plate that was ordered, enter the system assigned plate number. |
Location Group |
Select the state location for the order. |
Order Status |
Select an order status if you wish to narrow the search to a specific order state. |
Inventory Class |
Select the grouping of inventory you wish to report on such as: plate, placard, or decal. If you want all classes leave the entry blank. |
Inventory Type |
Select a type of inventory within a class grouping. Example: Under placards you could choose temporary or permanent. If you want all types leave the entry blank. |
Standard Plate |
Click if you want the report to show standard plates only. |
Special Order Plate |
Click if you want the report to show special order plates only. |
Date Filter By |
Select an order date to narrow the search to a specific order date, such as initiated, approved, ordered, completed. |
Start Date |
Enter the start date you want to use to begin the orders search. |
End Date |
Enter the end date you want to use to begin the orders search. |
Search |
Click to begin the search. |
Reset |
Click to empty all fields and start over. |
Use the Used Inventory report to list the inventory that a location within the state has consumed. You can narrow your search to a specific type of inventory.
