Purpose

You can review groups of customers that have been approved to be merged at the end of the month.

Window element

Usage

Search Options
  • Start—Enter the first date in the range between which the groups you want to review were approved.
  • End—Enter the last date in the range between which the groups you want to review were approved.
  • My Approvals Only—Select if you only want to review groups you approved.
  • Search—Click to search for the groups that match the parameters you entered.

Unapprove

Click to reject the group from the merge. The group will return to the Manage Merge Customer Candidates window for approval.

Cust #

Displays the customer number of the target.

Name

Displays the name of the target.

DOB

Displays the date of birth of the target.

SSN

Displays the Social Security Number of the target.

Drivers License

Displays the driver's license of the target.

Address

Displays the address of the target.

Managing County

Displays the managing county of the target.

Renewal County

Displays the renewal county of the target.

Approved By

Displays the user who approved the group.

Approved Date

Displays the date when the group was approved.
