Use the Void Title Prequalifier window to find a title that you want to void.

Window element

Usage

Vehicle
  • Received Date—Displays the date that the title will be voided.
  • VIN—If you do not enter the title or MCO number, enter the vehicle identification number for the vehicle you want. You can enter a short VIN beginning with a slash (/).
  • Title #—If you do not enter the VIN, enter the title number for the vehicle you want.

Click to find the vehicle you entered and continue with the transaction.

If you entered a partial or unknown vehicle identification number, the Search window appears, listing all vehicles that have an identification number starting with the partial number you entered. If necessary, enter additional search parameters to find the record you want. In the search results, double-click the vehicle you want.

Reset

Click to clear the window entries.

Cancel

Click to close the window without completing the transaction.
