Use the Error Worksheet window to find and resolve form errors, exceptions, discretionary edits, and warnings in a transaction.
The Error Worksheet window appears when you validate any form that contains errors or exceptions, or that requires discretionary edits.
The tabs that appear in the Error Worksheet window depend on the types of errors that occur. The following tabs might appear in this window.

Use this tab to resolve errors triggered when required information was not entered or when information entered on an input window does not conform to data integrity rules.

Click the Discretionary Edit icon to highlight the corresponding error on the transaction window. |

Click the Warning icon to highlight the corresponding warning on the transaction window. |

ID |
Displays the system edit identification number. |
Edits and Exceptions |
Displays a description of the corresponding discretionary edit found during validation. To read a long error message, you can resize the column width or hover the pointer over the message to display a pop-up. |
Process Edit |
Appears if the edits for this transaction have not yet been reviewed. Click to open the Override Request window and send a request for a tag to a queue or specific user. |
View Tags |
Appears if the edits for this transaction were reviewed and were denied or deferred. Click to open the Override Request window and view the details of the tag. |
Status |
Displays the current state of the corresponding discretionary edit. |
Required $ |
Displays the dollar amount you must be authorized to override to process the corresponding discretionary edit. |
As of |
Displays the date when the transaction is being processed. |
Min Approvals |
Displays the minimum number of approvals needed to process the edit. |
Max Denials |
Displays the maximum number of denials allowed before the edit cannot be processed. |
Approvals |
Displays the approvals obtained to process the edit. |
Denials |
Displays the denials obtained on the edit. |
Process Selected |
Click to open the Override Request window and send a request for a tag to a queue or specific user. This option processes all selected discretionary edits. |
Auto Approve |
Click to automatically approve all selected discretionary edits. You must have the appropriate login permissions to approve the edits. Otherwise, you must process the edits by sending an override request. |
Refresh Tags |
Click to refresh the tags for the edits listed on the window. |
Close |
Click to close the window. |
