Vehicle ID #

If you know the vehicle you want, enter the full or partial vehicle identification number.

You can enter any identification number listed for the vehicle. For example, VIN, title number, plate number, and so on. You can enter a short VIN beginning with a slash (/).

This Vehicle Only

Select to renew only the exact vehicle you entered. If you do not select this, other vehicles owned by the customer might also appear. You can renew multiple vehicles for the same customer at once.

Vehicle ID Type

Select the ID type corresponding to the number you entered in the Vehicle ID# box.

Vehicle Search

Click to open the Search window to perform a vehicle search. The application returns a maximum of 200 search result listings.

Customer ID #

If you know the customer you want, enter the full or partial customer identification number.

You can enter any identification number listed for the customer. For example, DL number or SSN.

Customer ID Type

Select the kind of ID corresponding to the number you entered in the Customer ID# field.

Customer Search

Click to open the Search window to perform a customer search.

Registration Options

• Due for Renewal—Select to include only vehicles due for renewal. You can use easy renewal to renew vehicles only during their renewal period.
• All—Select to include all vehicles associated with the same customer.

Customer Relationship

• Owner—Select to include only vehicles for which the customer is the designated owner.
• Lessee—Select to include only vehicles for which the customer is the designated lessee.
• Primary Operator—Select to include only vehicles for which the customer is the designated primary operator.

Click to find the vehicles you want to renew and proceed.

If you entered a partial or unknown vehicle or customer identification number, the Search window appears listing all vehicles or customers with an identification number starting with the partial number you entered. If necessary, enter additional search parameters to find the record you want. In the search results, double-click the vehicle or customer you want.

If you left the window blank, the Search window appears. Use it to search for a customer by name or other parameters.

Reset

Click to clear the window entries.

Cancel

Click to close the window without completing the transaction.
