Print Replacement Title Window

Purpose

The Print Replacement Title window displays a list of titles requested on the Replace Title window. Use this window to print the requested title replacements.

Window element

Usage

Location Profile

Select the location in which you want to view replacement titles awaiting printing.

Print Replacement Title
  • Approve—Select to approve the corresponding replacement title.
  • Deny—Select to deny the corresponding replacement title. If you do not want to print a title on the list, do not select either Approve or Deny for that title. If you deny a replacement title, it is removed from the list and must be requested again.
  • Title No—Displays the title number of the title.
  • Application Date—Displays the date when the corresponding title reprint was requested.
  • Sched Print Date—Displays the date when the title is scheduled to print.
  • Customer—Displays the name of the customer who possesses the title.
  • Address—Displays the primary address of the customer who possesses the title.
  • Replacement Reason—Displays the reason for the replacement title request.

Click to print the replacement titles. Active only when one or more title reprint requests are marked as approved or denied.

Approve All

Click to mark all requests as approved.

Deny All

Click to mark all requests as denied.

Cancel

Click to close the window without saving.
