Use the Add Correspondence Log window to record an interaction with a customer. The customer must exist in the 3M MVS Console database.

Usage

- —Select the location from which the correspondence originated.
- —Select the method used for the correspondence, such as Conversation or Mail.
- —Enter the subject of the correspondence.
- —Enter the processing date for the transaction.
- —Enter additional comments regarding the correspondence.

- —Displays the system-assigned customer identification number of each customer who received the correspondence.
- —Displays the legal name of the corresponding customer.
- Add Customer—Click to open the Search window and find the customer who received the correspondence. You can add multiple customers.

Save
|
Click to save the correspondence and close the window.

Cancel

Click to close the window without saving.
