Cancel Date

Enter the date when the title cancellation is effective. If you cancel multiple titles at once, the same cancellation date applies to all selected titles.

Ownership Cancel Reason

Select the reason for the title cancellation. If you cancel multiple titles at once, the same reason applies to all selected titles.

Plate Disposition

Select the status of the license plate at the time of cancellation, such as Damaged, Removed, and so on. If you cancel multiple titles at once, the same plate disposition will apply to all selected titles.

SI Release Reason

If the vehicle has an SI, select the SI release reason. If you cancel multiple titles at once, the same SI release reason will apply to all selected titles.

State Surrendered

Select the state where the ownership was relinquished.

Click the Remove icon to delete the corresponding vehicle title from the list of titles to cancel.

Click to open the Notes Management window and add or edit a note related to this vehicle.

Title#

Displays the vehicle title number.

Title Status

Displays the status of the title.

Title Issued Date

Displays the date the title was issued.

VIN

Displays the corresponding vehicle identification number.

Year Make Model

Displays the corresponding vehicle year, make, and model.

Reg End Date

Displays the date when the current vehicle registration for the corresponding vehicle expires.

Plate #

Displays the license plate number associated with the corresponding vehicle.

Surrendered

Select to indicate the license plate for the corresponding vehicle was turned in when the title was cancelled.

Customer ID

Displays the primary identification number for the each customer associated with the corresponding vehicle.

ID Type

Displays the kind of identification corresponding to the customer's identification number, such as SSN, Driver's License, and so on.

Name

Displays the name of the corresponding customer.

Address

Displays the primary address of the corresponding customer.

DOB/SI Create Date

If the customer listed is not an organization, displays the birth date of the customer. If the customer listed is an organization, displays the date on which the SI was put on the vehicle.

Relationship

Displays the association of the corresponding customer to the vehicle, such as Owner, Primary Operator, and so on.

Priority

Displays the precedence of the corresponding customer in relation to other customers with the same association to the vehicle.

Ownership Status

Applies only to owners and transfer on death designees. If there is more than one customer listed in a category, this field displays whether the relationship between the listed customers, in relation to the vehicle, is and or or. If it is and, then both customers must be involved in transactions regarding the vehicle. If it is or, then one customer or the other can be involved in transactions regarding the vehicle. This field applies only to the customer to whom it is assigned and the one immediately after. For this reason, a value for this field is not assigned to the final listed customer. For more information about the Ownership Status field, see Understanding Ownership Status. Note that priority becomes irrelevant when the customer's ownership status is set to or.

Commit

Click to save the transaction information and complete the transaction. When you select Commit the system will generate an Image Cover Sheet for the documents you collected for this transaction so that they can be scanned later into the system.

Cancel

Click to close the window without saving.
