Purpose

Use the Search WIP window to open a work in progress.

Navigation

The Search WIP window appears if you enter a customer or vehicle number on a prequalifier window and that customer or vehicle already has that type of transaction waiting in work in progress.

Detailed Description

Search WIP window element descriptions

Window element	Usage
Transaction	Displays the type of transaction on hold.
Description	Displays a description of the transaction on hold.
Status	Displays the status of the transaction.
Amount	Displays the total amount of fees due for the transaction.
Created By	Displays the ID of the user who originally created the transaction.
Created Date	Displays the date on which the original transaction was created.
Updated By	Displays the ID of the user who last updated the transaction.
Updated Date	Displays the date on which the transaction was last updated.
Select	Click to open the selected transaction.
Cancel	Click to close the window without opening a transaction.
