Use the Customer Reports window to generate a variety of customer detailed reports outlining ownership, registration and customer summary information. Each type of report has a corresponding report parameter window that appears when you click the corresponding report link.
To open the Customer Reports window:

Use the Customer Ownership History report to list all vehicles a customer has owned between dates that you specify. Click this Customer Ownership History Report link to view the fields on this report.

Select this box if you know the complete and exact text for the field. Clear it if you do not. |
Identification # |
Enter the full or partial identification number of the customer you want to find. You can enter any identification number listed for the customer; for example, Driver's License Number, SSN, and so on. |
Identification Type |
Select the kind of identification corresponding to the customer's identification number, such as SSN, Driver's License, and so on. |
Last Name |
Enter the last name of the customer (for individuals only). |
First Name |
Enter the first name of the customer (for individuals only). |
Middle Name |
Enter the middle name of the customer (for individuals only). |
Organization |
Enter name of the organization, such as a dealership or bank. |
Name Type |
Select the classification for the customer name, such as Legal, AKA, Alias, DBA, and so on. |
SI Option |
Select the security interest option. |
Managing County |
Select the county in which the customer record is managed. |
Active |
Specify whether you want the search to include all records in the system or only current records. |
From Birth Date |
Enter a starting birth date for a date range (for individuals only). |
To Birth Date |
Enter an ending date for a date range (for individuals only). |
Start Date |
Enter a first date the customer assumed ownership of the vehicle. |
End Date |
Enter the last date the customer owned the vehicle. |
Search |
Click to begin the search. |
Reset |
Click to empty all fields and start over. |
Use the Customer Registration History report to list all vehicle registrations for a customer between dates that you specify. Click this Customer Registration History Report link to view the fields on this report.

Use this report to view customer information for all customers who meet the parameters you enter. This report gathers information from the manage customer records and provides a historical view.

Use this report to view Dealer Snapshot information for a specific dealer such as dealer franchises, items of ownership, and dealer license information. Click this Dealer Customer Snapshot Report link to view the fields on this report.

Enter a specific license number. If the dealer has more than one license number, only the information for the license number you entered appears in the report. |
Dealer Name |
Enter the exact, complete name of the dealer customer. All license numbers for the dealer appear at the bottom of the results. |
