Use the Exception Case Filter window to identify the customer record on which you want to place or modify an exception.

Click to find the customer or vehicle you entered and continue with the transaction. If you entered a partial or unknown vehicle or customer identification number, the Search window appears, listing all vehicles or customers that have an identification number starting with the partial number you entered. If necessary, enter additional search parameters to find the record you want. In the search results, double-click the vehicle or customer you want. |
