Use the Document Manager window to view document images related to a specific transaction.

- --The system-assigned identification number of the transaction.
- --Displays the vehicle identification number of the vehicle associated to the transaction.
- --Displays the current vehicle title number.
- --Displays the primary identification number and the name of the customer associated to the transaction.
- --Displays the start date entered for the search.
- --Displays the type of transaction task entered for the search
- --Displays the system user name for the person who initiated the transaction.
- --If the transaction was cancelled this displays the date the cancelation was effective.
- --Displays the type of license plate on the vehicle.
- --Displays the numbers and text on the vehicle's license plate.
- --Displays the system generated number for the vehicle associated to the transaction.

This list displays all of the documents that were imaged for this transaction or are scheduled to be imaged for the transaction.
- --Click the
button to delete the document row from the listing. - --
Displays a check mark if the document is required for the transaction. - --Displays the document category for the associated document image.
- --Displays the primary identification number for the customer associated with the transaction.
- --Displays any remarks entered regarding the document.

Displays a check mark if the document has been already scanned and an image exists in the system. - --
Displays a check mark if the document has been flagged to be scanned later. - --Displays the name of the system user that entered the document for the transaction.
- --Click the link to view an image of a scanned document. When the image appears you can print it or click cancel to close the image and return to the Document Manager window.

Scan
|
Click to scan one or all of the documents listed.

Add
|
Click to insert a line to add a supporting document.

Cancel
|
Click to close the window without saving.
