Use the Add Customers to List window to add customers to a list for mailing or tracking.
To open the Add Customers to List window:
The Customer List Search window appears.
Search results appear on the Results tab.
The Manage Customer List window appears.
The Add Customers to List window is composed of the following:

Active only from the Results tab. Click to add the selected customers to the group. To select and add multiple customers at once, hold down the Ctrl key and click each customer you want to add or hold down the Shift key and click the first and last customers you want to add. |

Active only when the Customer tab is showing. |
Cancel |
Click to close the window without selecting a customer. |
Use this tab to enter search parameters. Enter as much information as you have for the customer you want to find. The more information you enter, the fewer search results you will have to sort through.

Identification # |
Enter the identification number of the customer you want to find. All customers with identification numbers starting with the parameter you enter and who also match any other parameters you enter, appear in the search results. |
Identification Type |
Select the kind of identification number you entered. For example, DL number or SSN. |
Last Name |
To find an individual customer, enter the customer's last name. All customers with last names starting with the parameter you enter and who also match any other parameters you enter, appear in the search results. |
First Name |
To find an individual customer, enter the customer's first name. All customers with first names starting with the parameter you enter and who also match any other parameters you enter, appear in the search results. |
Organization Name |
To find an organization, enter the organization's name. All organizations with names starting with the parameter you enter and matching any other parameters you enter, appear in the search results. |
Name Type |
Select the kind of name you want to search for based on the parameters you entered; for example, AKA, DBA, and so on. |

Displays the system-assigned number of the corresponding customer. |
Drivers License |
Displays the customer's driver's license number if the customer is an individual. |
State |
Displays the state where the customer's driver's license was issued if the customer is an individual. |
Legal Name |
Displays the customer's lawful name. |
Confidence Rating |
Displays the confidence rating status for the corresponding customer: authenticated, unique or other. The status rating indicates whether the customer's identification information was verified by a third-party interface, supervisory personnel, or was captured (without verification) by an end user. Residency Address |
Displays the customer's primary address. |
Managing County |
Displays the county in which the customer record is managed. |
Date of Birth |
Displays the birth date of the corresponding customer if the customer is an individual. |
FEIN |
Displays the federal employment identification number of the customer if the corresponding customer is an organization. |
Customer Type |
Displays the customer type of the corresponding customer: individual or organization. |
Default Reg Month |
Displays the default month in which the customer's vehicle registration will expire. |
Active |
Indicates whether the search included all records in the system or only current records. |
Inactivated Date |
Displays the date when the customer record was inactivated. |
Inactivated Reason |
Displays the reason why the customer record was inactivated. |
