Use the Override Request window to request a tag for a discretionary edit or to view tags already created for a discretionary edit.
Use this tab to create a tag if you have the appropriate level of permissions or to create a tag request that appears on the Work Management Control Panel window.

If you want to send a tag request, complete this section of the window.
- Send to Queue—Click to select a queue to send the tag request to. The queues you select appear in a list.
- Send to Use—Click to open the Search User window, and select a user to send the tag request to. The queues you select appear in a list.
- —Enter the message you want to send with the tag request.
- —Enter the date by which the tag request should be handled.
- —Select the priority of the tag request.
- —Select to be notified in your personal queue when an action has been taken on the request.
- Send Request—Click to send the tag request based on the information you entered.

If you want to create a tag yourself, complete this section of the window.
- —Displays your approval level. This level must be equal to or greater than the level specified at the top of the window.
- —Select if you want to approve the discretionary edit.
- —Select to deny the discretionary edit.
- —Select to defer the tag request.
- —Select the reason for your approval, denial, or deferral.
- —Enter a comment regarding the tag.
- Create Tag—Click to create the tag based on the information you entered.

- —Displays the kind of tag request that was issued.
- —Displays the reference number to the error.
- —Displays the descriptive error text.
- —Displays the dollar amount for which the request was approved.
- —Displays the stage of the tag, such as Pending, Approved, and so on.
- —Displays the descriptive error text.
- —Displays the ID of the user who created the tag.
- —Displays the date when the tag was created.
- —Displays the date when the tag was used to process a transaction.
- —Displays the reference number to the error.
- —Displays the reason the tag request was approved or denied.
- —Displays the dollar amount for which the request was approved.
- —Select to expand the tag to show the response text.
