Reading a Message

You can read any message that is sent to a queue to which you have access.

To read a message

1. On the Work Management menu, select Work Management Console.

   The Work Management Control Panel window appears.

2. Under Location, click the location for which you want to read messages.

   

   The messages in the location queue you selected appear on the right side of the screen.

3. Double-click the message you want to read.

   

   The Message Detail window appears with the message.
