Sending a New Message

You can send one of the following types of messages: follow-up, notify, or personal.

To send a message
  1. On the Work Management menu, select Work Management Console.

    The Work Management Control Panel window appears.

  2. On the drop-down list at bottom of the window, do one of the following:
  3. Click Continue.

    One of the following windows appears, depending on the type of message you selected to create:

  4. Type the message.
  5. Click Create.

    The message is created.
