Sending a New Message
You can send one of the following types of messages: follow-up, notify, or personal.
To send a message
- On the menu, select .
The Work Management Control Panel window appears.
- On the drop-down list at bottom of the window, do one of the following:
- If you want to send a follow-up message as a reminder or request to take a follow-up action, select .
- If you want to create a message to notify a user of some action that occurred in the system, select .
- If you want to send a personal message to yourself, select .
- Click Continue.
One of the following windows appears, depending on the type of message you selected to create:
- Type the message.
- Click Create.
The message is created.
