Data Groups

You can group the records in some lists by the values in a specific column. To group the records, click and drag the column heading into the window heading, as shown in the figure below.

Once the data is grouped, you can sort and even filter the results within the groups. To return the list to its original, un-grouped appearance, drag the column heading from the window heading back into its original location in the column heading area.
