Data Sorts

You can sort the records in some lists in either ascending or descending order based on the values in a specific column. To sort the records in a list, click the heading of the column by which you want to sort and then click the arrow that appears in the column heading, as shown in the figure below. To sort in the opposite direction, click the column arrow again.
