Moving Title Stock

Follow this procedure to move title stock between locations.

To reconcile title stock

1. On the Inventory menu, select Reconcile Title.

   The Reconcile Title window appears.

2. Enter parameters to find the title stock inventory you want to move.
3. Click Continue.

   The title stock inventory that matches the parameters you entered appears on the Adjust and Reconcile tab.

4. Click the series of title stock that contains the titles you want to move.
5. Click Move/Split.

   The Move/Split window appears.

6. Enter the beginning number of the series of title stock you want to move.
7. Enter either the end number or the quantity you want to move.
8. Next to Move To, click the location to which you want to move the title stock inventory.
9. Click Move.

   The window closes and the title stock is moved.
