Option 2: Inactivate the escrow account for the candidate and create an escrow account for the target.

Customer has exceptions.

The DOR, Contact Driver's services, SR22 exception cases will be added to the target after the merge process through the nightly stop file process.

If the candidate has any other exception cases that the target does not have, the candidate will not merge with the group.

If the exception cases are valid for the customer, add the exception case to the target.

The candidate will not merge with the group.

Apply the SI application to a title transaction before the merge.
