Skipping a Group

You can skip a group if you want to come back to it later. The customer group remains in the merge customer candidates and is available again one hour after you skip it.

To skip a group

1. On the Tools menu, select Merge Customer > Manage Merge Customer Candidates.

   The Manage Merge Customer Candidates window appears.

2. Click Skip Group.

   The next group appears.
