Removing a Group from the Merge Customer Candidates

You can remove a group from the merge customer candidates. The customer records in the removed group remain unique customer records in the database.

To remove a group

1. On the Tools menu, select Merge Customer > Manage Merge Customer Candidates.

   The Manage Merge Customer Candidates window appears.

2. Click Remove Group.

   The next group appears.
