Reviewing Approved Groups

You can review groups that have been approved to merge at the end of the week. If you do not want an approved group to be merged, you can un-approve the group. The group will return to the merge customer candidates list.

To review approved groups

1. On the Tools menu, select Merge Customer > Review Approved Groups.

   The Review Approved Groups window appears.

2. Enter search parameters.
3. Click Search.
