Reopening a Held Transaction

There are two ways to re-open a transaction that you or another user placed on hold:

You can only open held transactions that were put on hold in locations to which you are assigned.

To reopen a held transaction from the prequalifier window
  1. Open the prequalifier window for the transaction you want to resume.

Tip: To learn more about starting a transaction with a prequalifier, see Prequalifier Windows.

  2. Enter the customer information.

    The Search WIP window appears.

  3. Double-click the transaction you want to reopen.

The transaction window appears, populated with the saved transaction information.

Tip: If you want to continue with a new transaction instead of reopening a held transaction, click Cancel on the Search WIP window.

To reopen a held transaction from Set Manager
  1. On the Work Management menu, select Set Manager.

The View Transaction Sets window appears.

  2. Select a location from the Location drop-down list.

The Transaction Sets reset to the location you selected.

  3. Expand the transaction set that holds the transaction you want to reopen.

Note: You can open a transaction in a set only if the set has a plus sign (+) next to it. Otherwise, the set is historical and cannot be reopened.
