Viewing the Messages in a Queue

You can view the messages in any queue to which you have access, including the messages that you created, messages that have been sent to you, and messages that have been sent to someone else. You can also enter parameters to limit the messages that you see in a queue.

To view the messages in a queue

1. On the Work Management menu, select Work Management Console.

   The Work Management Control Panel window appears.

2. Do one of the following:

• If you want to view the messages in a specific queue, in the list of locations on the left of the window, click the queue you want to view.
• If you want to limit the messages you see in a queue, enter parameters at the top of the window and click Continue to refresh the queue.
• If you want to view the messages you created, under Personal, click Created By Me.
• If you want to view the messages sent to you, under Personal, click Sent To Me.
• If you want to view the messages sent to another user:
  1. Under Personal, click View Personal Queue.

     The Search User window appears.

  2. Enter the last name, first name, and/or user name of the user you want to find.
  3. Click Search.

     The users who match the criteria you entered appear in the list.

  4. Select the user for whom you want to view messages and click Select.
  5. Click Continue.

     The user's personal message queue appears.
