Internal Messages

A message can be sent to a public queue or to a personal queue. A queue is an area where messages are held, similar to a file directory.

Queues are directly mapped to locations. For example, each office might have multiple queues that are accessible by different sets of users.

If you send a message to a public queue, everyone with permission to view that queue will have access to the message.
